LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Last year we launched the ICF Leadership Academy! A new initiative and investment for our staff. This program was created to provide leadership tools, training, and support so that leaders can support their peers, and build up other leaders. We launched with a group of 42 leaders within our organization from every department who gather weekly to learn new leadership skills. We believe this will position ICF Cambodia as an organization that continually develops great leaders and sets a leadership standard in Cambodia.

help us build the next chapter
of icf cambodia
After a great deal of research, we believe we have found the ideal plot of land to build the future of ICF Cambodia in Siem Reap.
In 2014 a generous landowner offered ICF Cambodia a piece of land to use, with a lease agreement until 2031. This was a great opportunity to realize our church and social projects.
Over the years, the management of ICF Cambodia has inquired about purchasing the land. Unfortunately, at the end of the year 2021, it became clear that purchasing this land would not be an option.
We knew that in order to steward the donations of all future building projects and to protect and honor the generosity of the donors for the long term ICF needs to own their own land.
We are excited to continue growing on land that will be our home for many years to come.
